The firmware update (Ver.1.10 Ver.1.20) incorporates the following issues.
Playing back MP format data which are captured by some devices other than FinePix models is established.
The firmware update Ver.1.10 incorporates the following issues.
In [HD][1280] movie recording mode, Economy mode ([HD][1280]E) can be selected.
In this Economy mode, movie quality for long period is optimized.
For long continuous recording of 3D HD movies, Economy mode setting is recommended.
*SD memory card with class 6 (6 MB/s) or better is recommended.

Precaution1. If firmware updating fails, the camera may no longer operate correctly in some cases.
Carefully read the notes provided here.
2. Always use the fully-charged NP-50 battery or the AC adapter when updating the firmware as a basic manner. Never turn the camera off or attempt to use any of the camera controls while the firmware is being overwritten.
3. Firmware updating requires approximately 20 seconds.
4. Once the firmware has been updated, the previous version cannot be restored.
PREPARATION before to watch the video:
1.Prepare the target digital camera.
FinePix REAL 3D W3(former version than ver. 1.20)
2.Prepare the media.
The firmware updating procedure requires a formatted media. Refer to the FinePix REAL 3D W3 Owner's Manual for information on using “FORMAT” in the SET-UP menu to format a media.
Note that formatting procedure will delete all data on the media, including protected files. Always copy any important files that you do not want to lose to your PC beforehand.
3.Prepare the power supply.
Use the fully-chared NP-50 battery or the AC adapter (AC-5VX) and DC coupler (CP50).
4.Prepare the USB cable.
Have the USB cable bundled with your camera ready.
